What is it and what is it good for?
The Swiss LGBTI best practice standard distinguishes organizations based in Switzerland, or Swiss organizations that fight for equality for LGBTI people within the company. LGBTI stands for people who differ from the majority of the population in their sexual orientation, gender identity or their physical sex characteristics.
The LGBTI acronym stands for:

- Trans;
- Intersex.

Who is behind the Swiss LGBTI label?
We are a non-profit organization (NPO) committed to a diverse and inclusive culture in the workplace: every year we award the Swiss LGBTI label to companies and organizations that can demonstrate having implemented a professional Diversity and Inclusion Management.
The Swiss LGBTI label emerged from the two business networks WyberNet and Network. It is supported by the Swiss LGBTI umbrella organizations TGNS, LOS and Rainbow Families.
