The Swiss LGBTI label for medium-sized organizations with up to 249 people

Do you and your organization want to create a stronger employer brand? The Swiss LGBTI label could be a first step: we support organizations to operate a holistic Diversity & Inclusion Management (DIM). Holistic Diversity & Inclusion Management (DIM) includes a culture of openness, inclusion and appreciation of the diversity and uniqueness of each individual.

Your investment

Your investment depends on how intensively your organization has already dealt with Diversity & Inclusion Management. The basic fee for medium-sized organizations from 15 to 249 people is CHF 1500 initially and after every 3 years (relabeling) the annual fee is CHF 500 in years 2 and 3.

With our quick test you can see how far your organization has come and where we can still support you in the application process. If required, we can also provide you with external advice in the form of coaching or advanced training.

Your benefits

A recent study by the Bern University of Applied Sciences shows that more and more companies are investing in diversity and inclusion. But even in large Swiss companies and organizations, Diversity and Inclusion Management is not standard practice yet. After all, two-thirds of the companies surveyed have a concept for taking the diversity of their employees into account and state that they are more successful as a result.

As you can see, the potential in Diversity & Inclusion Management is still huge. So secure your competitive advantages and apply for the Swiss LGBTI label: info@lgbti-label.ch.
