With the new Swiss LGBTI-Label podcast, we are giving a voice to the people and organizations actively committed to diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion.
We introduce companies from our network and speak with the people behind concrete DEI initiatives. The focus is on their experiences, their motivation, and the question of how organizations can embed diversity sustainably in their structures, culture, and leadership. At the same time, we highlight the significance of the Swiss LGBTI-Label for companies that want to credibly further develop their commitment to LGBTIQ+ inclusion and make it visible externally.
The podcast offers insights into concrete practical examples, personal perspectives, and strategic approaches from the corporate world. It is aimed at everyone who would like to better understand how DEI can be effectively shaped in the workplace.
