Swiss LGBTI-Label strengthens Co-Presidency

Following the election of the new Board in August 2025, the Co-Presidency of the Swiss LGBTI-Label was officially expanded at the extraordinary general meeting on 4 November 2025. Frank Preuss was unanimously elected as Co-President and Board Member.
Frank Preuss is an entrepreneur, networker and former President of Network, the Swiss business association for gay executives. As an active member of the founding association of the Swiss LGBTI Label, he played a key role from the very beginning in the development and positioning of the Label. With his extensive experience in leadership, diversity and entrepreneurship, he strengthens the Co-Presidency at a time when the Label continues to grow and is establishing itself as the leading quality mark for lived inclusion in the Swiss workplace.
The Co-Presidency now consists of Theres Bachofen (WyberNet) and Frank Preuss (Network), supported by Board Members Cordula E. Niklaus, Sandra Fritzsche, Raphael Hadad and Hansruedi Zellweger.
With this composition, the Swiss LGBTI-Label is well positioned to continue advancing diversity, equality and inclusion together with its more than 80 certified enterprises and institutions.
