The Swiss LGBTI label is a non-profit organization that emerged from the two business networks WyberNet and Network. The label was co-developed by the umbrella organizations of TGNS, LOS and Rainbow Families.
WyberNet is a network of committed lesbian employees, specialists and managers from the private sector, administration and independent entrepreneurs.
Mutual support, professional input, social issues and activities with a public presence are their core concerns. They strengthen the status and self-image of lesbian professional women in society, business, culture and politics.
As an association of gay executives, freelancers, artists and students, we want to act as a role model and encourage peoples’ self-determination, to be open about their identity, especially in the workplace, and to experience success on their career path.
