Reinforce your employer branding thanks to the Swiss LGBTI label

The “Swiss LGBTI label” best practice standard distinguishes organizations that rely on holistic Diversity and Inclusion Management, regardless of the size of the organization. Discover here how to obtain the Swiss LGBTI label.

The Swiss LGBTI label also supports small businesses

We are committed to enabling organizations to practice holistic Diversity & Inclusion Management (DIM). That’s why it goes without saying that we also support small companies that employ fewer than 15 people.

Holistic Diversity & Inclusion Management (DIM) includes a culture of openness, inclusion and appreciation of the diversity and uniqueness of every individual.

Your investment

Your investment depends on how intensively your organization has already dealt with Diversity & Inclusion Management. The basic fee for small companies with up to 14 employees is CHF 750 initially and after 3 years (relabeling), the annual fee is CHF 250 in years 2 and 3.

Further information on the Swiss LGBTI label can be found in our fact sheet.

But even in large Swiss companies and organizations, Diversity and Inclusion Management is not standard practice yet. After all, two-thirds of the companies surveyed have a concept for taking the diversity of their employees into account and state that they are more successful as a result.
