Swiss LGBTI Label Ceremony 2025
27. June 2025

On June 18, 2025, the Swiss LGBTI Label was awarded to 32 organizations and institutions during this year’s ceremony hosted at the headquarters of Swiss International Air Lines in Kloten.
The event brought together representatives from both newly awarded and re-awarded organizations to acknowledge their ongoing efforts to embed diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusive practices in internal structures and workplace culture.
Consistent Commitment to Inclusion
Since its launch in 2019, the Swiss LGBTI Label has been awarded more then 100 organizations across Switzerland — including SMEs, large companies, and public institutions. All of them have undergone a structured process to align their values and operations with the principles of transparency, fairness, and inclusion.
In 2025:
- 12 organizations received the label for the first time
- 20 organizations successfully renewed their label
This confirms that their engagement is not limited to short-term actions but represents a sustained and integrated approach.
A Structured and Transparent Process
The Swiss LGBTI Label is based on clearly defined and verifiable criteria, guided and scientifically supported by both the University of Bern and the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). It enables participating organizations to reflect on their internal policies and further strengthen inclusion as part of their organizational culture.
Recognition and Exchange
The annual ceremony is more than a symbolic moment. It offers space for exchange, visibility, and mutual encouragement. This year’s event was made possible with the support of Swiss International Air Lines, Skyguide, and the City of Kloten.
We warmly thank all participating organizations and partners for their continued trust and commitment.
