Des chercheuses, des repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s d\u2019entreprises et des expert\u00b7e\u00b7s en diversit\u00e9 se sont r\u00e9uni\u00b7e\u00b7s pour discuter de l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019inclusion des personnes LGBTI+ dans le monde du travail en Suisse. Les \u00e9changes ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les avanc\u00e9es r\u00e9alis\u00e9es tout comme les nouveaux d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par le contexte soci\u00e9tal actuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un environnement inclusif profite \u00e0 toutes et tous<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr Tabea H\u00e4ssler<\/strong> et <strong>Dr L\u00e9\u00efla Eisner<\/strong>, de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Zurich et du <strong>Swiss LGBTIQ+ Panel<\/strong>, ont partag\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de leurs recherches. Leur constat est clair :<br><strong>Les environnements de travail inclusifs renforcent le bien-\u00eatre, la sant\u00e9 psychologique et le sentiment d\u2019appartenance des employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/strong> Cela s\u2019applique aussi bien aux dimensions visibles (\u00e2ge, couleur de peau, handicap) qu\u2019aux dimensions invisibles de la diversit\u00e9 (orientation sexuelle, statut intersexe, personnalit\u00e9). Les effets positifs incluent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un bien-\u00eatre psychologique accru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une plus grande identification \u00e0 l\u2019employeur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une diminution du stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une r\u00e9duction du turnover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique est essentielle<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si l\u2019acceptation des personnes LGBTI+ progresse dans de nombreux milieux professionnels, beaucoup t\u00e9moignent d\u2019un stress croissant face aux discours hostiles ou \u00e0 des formes d\u2019exclusion plus subtiles. Cela montre que <strong>les politiques d\u2019inclusion ne suffisent pas<\/strong> \u00e0 elles seules. Il faut aussi cr\u00e9er des environnements o\u00f9 chacun\u00b7e <strong>se sent v\u00e9ritablement en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, respect\u00e9\u00b7e et reconnu\u00b7e<\/strong>.
