The focus is on their experiences, their motivation, and the question of how organizations can embed diversity sustainably in their structures, culture, and leadership. At the same time, we highlight the significance of the Swiss LGBTI-Label for companies that want to credibly further develop their commitment to LGBTIQ+ inclusion and make it visible externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The podcast offers insights into concrete practical examples, personal perspectives, and strategic approaches from the corporate world.
