Do you like approaching people, communicate clearly and convincingly and would you like to get involved as a volunteer for the LGBTI community? As a Swiss LGBTI Label Ambassador, you are our first point of contact with new companies and organizations. You provide information about the Swiss LGBTI label and support networking events. We are already represented by ambassadors in various regions of Switzerland and are now looking for reinforcements in Bern / Mittelland, Basel, Geneva / Lausanne, Zurich and Eastern Switzerland.

Requirements
- Motivation to advance the integration of LGBTI+ people in the workplace
- Part of the LGBTI+ community
- Independent working style and high level of personal responsibility
- Professional demeanor, pleasant and confident manner of communication
- Good knowledge of German, English and French (for Geneva / Lausanne)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience of being part of a remote working team
Core tasks
- Actively approach people interested in thew Swiss LGBTI label in the respective region
- Presentation of the label at label-interested parties and community events, e.g. Interalliance, Zurich Pride, PinkCross, LOS
- Participation in community events
- Organizing local networking events
- Contact person for clients on site (in addition to the contact point as a central point of contact)
- Suggestion of organizations in the target group for targeted addressing
- Suggestion of community events to represent the label
- Exchange with the core team as the central group of the label via at least one representative per language region
