Strengthening Inclusion Together: Swiss LGBTI-Label Community Meets at BCG Zurich

6. November 2025

One of the great benefits of holding the Swiss LGBTI-Label is belonging to a strong community of Diversity & Inclusion and HR professionals, as well as business leaders, who regularly connect — both live and online — to exchange experiences, challenges, and best practices.

Recently, we were delighted to welcome our community in Zurich for a dedicated networking event hosted by our partner Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
In an open and inspiring atmosphere, participants discussed six key questions that currently shape Diversity & Inclusion in Swiss workplaces:

  • The current state of D&I in Swiss organizations
  • How to strengthen employee networks together
  • How to foster inclusion and support for trans* colleagues
  • How to translate D&I processes into everyday practice
  • How to build and sustain allyship across the workplace
  • The benefits of holding the Swiss LGBTI-Label for employers

A heartfelt thank-you to all organizations that are part of our movement and to all guests who contributed to these valuable exchanges.
Many thanks also to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Switzerland for hosting and for their continuous support – and especially to Joachim Stephan, Managing Director & Senior Partner at BCG Zurich, for his inspiring insights into what inclusive leadership truly means in a global workplace, as well as to Jennifer Grob and Liam Klenk for their great contribution to making this event a true success.

Our shared mission remains clear: to help organizations create workplaces where everyone feels safe to be themselves, can thrive authentically, and contribute their best — for their own well-being and for the success of all.
