In diesem Jahr steht auch das Relabeling des ersten Jahrgangs an. Das Vergabe-Event zum Swiss LGBTI-Label 2022 wird am 15. Juni in Z\u00fcrich stattfinden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach der Tagung der Vergabekommission im Februar stehen zehn neue Organisationen fest, die das Swiss LGBTI-Label ab sofort tragen d\u00fcrfen. In der Kategorie der grossen Organisationen mit mehr als 250 Mitarbeitenden wurden mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bayer.com\/de\/ch\/schweiz-startseite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bayer Switzerland<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biogen.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biogen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juliusbaer.com\/ch\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Julius B\u00e4r<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/home.kpmg\/ch\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KPMG<\/a>, sowie der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.post.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schweizerischen Post<\/a> f\u00fcnf Unternehmen ausgezeichnet. Daneben hat sich die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bern.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stadt Bern<\/a> als inzwischen dritte Stadtverwaltung (nach Z\u00fcrich und Kloten) f\u00fcr das Label qualifiziert. Unter den mittelgrossen Organisationen sind zwei Gesundheitsorganisationen, das <a href=\"https:\/\/reha-lutzenberg.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rehazentrum Lutzenberg<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spitex-zuerich.ch\/ueber-uns\/spitex-zuerich-sihl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spitex Z\u00fcrich Sihl<\/a>, sowie die Digitalagentur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unic.com\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Unic<\/a>. Mit dem Schweizer Standort der Investmentgesellschaft <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pimco.ch\/en-ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pimco<\/a> wurde das Label auch an ein weiteres Kleinunternehmen verliehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insgesamt sind zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lgbti-label.ch\/de\/liste-der-organisationen-die-das-label-bereits-erhalten-haben\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">56 Organisationen in der Schweiz<\/a> mit dem Swiss LGBTI-Label zertifiziert. Seit der erstmaligen Vergabe des Labels im Jahr 2019 wurden bisher jedes Jahr mehr Organisationen mit dem G\u00fctesiegel ausgezeichnet als im vorherigen. Drei Jahre sp\u00e4ter steht nun auch die Erneuerung des Labels f\u00fcr den ersten Jahrgang an (\u00abRelabeling\u00bb). Damit k\u00f6nnte 2022 ein weiteres Rekordjahr werden \u2013 es bleibt jedoch spannend: Um der erfreulichen Entwicklung im Bereich der LGBTI-Inklusion in der Arbeitswelt gerecht zu werden, wurden die Kriterien zur Erreichung des Labels in diesem Jahr erstmals heraufgesetzt. Welche Organisationen ihre Auszeichnung f\u00fcr Diversity &amp; Inclusion in der Arbeitswelt erneuern k\u00f6nnen und welche im aktuellen Jahr noch neu dazu stossen, wird am feierlichen Vergabe-Event am 15.
