Im\nErgebnis hat sich gezeigt: Die Dimensionen sexuelle Orientierung,\nGeschlechtsidentit\u00e4t und -ausdruck spielten zu diesem Zeitpunkt bei Schweizer\nUnternehmen im Diversity and Inclusion Management noch eine eher untergeordnete\nRolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im vergangenen Jahr wurde nunmehr zum zweiten Mal eine\nUmfrage bei den 500 umsatzst\u00e4rksten Schweizer Firmen und Organisationen zum\nThema Diversity and Inclusion lanciert. Dieses Mal wurde im Speziellen auch die\nInklusion von lesbischen, schwulen, bisexuellen, trans- und\nintergeschlechtlichen Personen (LGBTI) ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit Kurzem liegen die Studienergebnisse vor.
